CMS is the Call Management
System developed by Smartvoice and licensed under Smartteam Pte
Ltd. The software developed to enhance the process of contacting
customers. The software keeps track of call activities between the
tele-agents and customers. It also enables the manager to manipulate
the activities at one single point that is via the administration
login of the system. The software develops a full range of reporting,
controls of loading, unloading, activating leads to be utilised.
Unique approach in algorithm are derived to effectiveness contact
the customers. The word 'effectiveness' often used as a substitute
for the word 'good': we go well beyond this simplistic use of the
word. You will see that our concept of effectiveness is far more
profound and constitutes a well-developed, integrated framework
with a strong practical orientation. The practice creates results

WALAH! is a cheer
when things get done. Pronounced as “WA-LAH”. Having
your very own cheer when “getting things done” –
term as “myWalah”. The word “Walah!” is
developed with the intention to describe of not just getting your
things done, but also getting it done “Leisurely”. myWalah
has been established to develop and offer new e-calender. In particular
to a shared e-calendar adapted for scheduling events and appointments,
and hunting tasks. Businessmen often require assistance for managing
their schedule, especially when they are away from their workplaces.
Some of these businessmen may further wear different hats in different
organizations or have regional responsibilities. There may be more
than one assistant to help in managing their schedules. When these
businessmen are away from their workplaces, it is difficult to coordinate
schedules remotely during these periods, especially when more than
two parties are involved in scheduling one person’s calendar.
Generally, their assistants may have to disturb their current
activities to check their availability while scheduling new events
that may conflict with previously scheduled time slots.
Further, when there are needs to plan for a meeting
with a group of people, more complications are involved as some
of the schedules are kept personally. It is more difficult to check
the availability. Moreover, when one is taking part-time courses
or taking different modules at an institute/school, it is very frustrating
and time consuming to check and match all time schedules from different
sets of timetables provided by the institute/school. The popularity
of the Internet as a new business calendar platform has challenged
